Treatment should be free for patients. 2. Wealthy and affording people should come forward to help and put their wealth to proper use. 3. Patients should be considered as God and one should feel fortunate to serve them. They should serve with this feeling and not with the feeling of sympathy or charity. Following the instructions of Baba this hospital has become an example in the last 5 years. Trying to help each and every one in society, this hospital is well known as 'Dil without Bill' among the less fortunate. Sri Sathya Sai Heart Hospital is not only an example of selfless service but also an example of secular unity. According to Baba's instruction there should be no differentiation based on religion, caste or creed. Every patient is revered as God and given totally free treatment. Running on the guideline of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, this hospital has become a ray of hope for thousands of patients.
